My name is Kristina, the wearer of many hats behind the scenes at The Scripted Shindig! At the moment I call gorgeous Honolulu, Hawaii home, but fun fact: this is the 5th state and 6th move that I have made with my husband and three kiddos. Military spouse here!
Growing up I was always drawn towards creative outlets, although I never really saw the pathway to make it a career. After graduating with a degree in Hospitality Management and working in the wedding industry I began to fall in love with all the paper details I was sourcing for my clients. It was here that the seed of what would later become The Scripted Shindig was born.
It’s been 10 years since that first design project and I have loved every moment of telling the unique stories of my client’s celebrations through stationery. My goal is to create a space where we can use your celebration’s feel, color palette and special moments to tell its story. Through delicate calligraphy and watercolor filled with whimsy we can create a one of a kind piece that will inspire excitement in guests for the celebration. I am truly passionate about creating stationery that is an unforgettable statement for the couple and their guests.
I am a lover of books, the brightest shades of yellow and I will never turn down a McDonald’s fry! You will almost always find me in my studio with a paint brush, a queued up playlist and one or two kids underfoot. I can’t wait to chat and work with you on the details for your biggest life’s moments!

I love integrating custom watercolor illustrations into my designs. From venue illustrations, monograms and other details there is always a moment to capture through our whimsical art style.
Calligraphy by hand
All of the hand lettered calligraphy you see featured in our designs are done in house. I offer two different styles with many variations that add one of a kind quality to your stationery.
Little details
Embellishments and finishes that make your suite unique to you and your story. There are so many little details that we can add to create something that is 100% authentically you.
Premium Production
We only work with printers and artisans that meet our exacting standards. We have vetted the quality of their work and handle assembly in house so you know you are getting our absolute best.
